Yay Food!

So I have yet another confession to make.
These past couple days, I have been eating so horribly.
I'm talking loads of Starbucks, fast-food, and absolutely overloading on bread.

So now, I'm going to make it very public what I eat! I've decided to make a "Daily Intake" page on my blog (if you scroll down, on the right-hand side of my blog you should see a pages tab titled "daily intake"). Here, I'll post what I eat on a daily basis. This is mainly for me, but if anyone else is wondering what to eat or how to eat "healthier," please feel free to explore the page!
Just remember- you and I are different. We have different bodies and different goals and are at very different places in our health-journey. Eat amounts that feel right to you! Do not compare yourself to me and my intake! But never forget the phrase, "everything is good in moderation."
